Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your city and pin code. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) typically receive orders within 3–4 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping is available on eligible orders. The exact fee will always be shown before you place your order — no surprises.
COD is available across India. A non-refundable handling fee of ₹60 is added for COD orders. If you choose Prepaid (via Razorpay), you get an extra 5% discount on your order total.
Once your order is shipped, you can track its status from your account's Orders section. Status updates include: Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, and Delivered.
